How is support handled?

All replies will be sent to you via email.
In order for you to get support, I need to be able to find your purchase record. As such, make sure you fill out the form using the email address you used to purchase the product. If you no longer have access to that email, then include your license key in the ticket description.
If I cannot find your purchase record, then support may not be given.
