What are your support hours? Why haven't I heard back yet?

I aim to respond to all support queries within 24 hours (except on holidays and weekends).

My support hours are 11am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, London time. Please do not expect a response on weekends, holidays, or outside of the support hours.
