[index-rating] - Reviews by Rating

Displays a list of all the available ratings (starting at 5 stars, going down to 0 stars) with a list of books under each rating.

Optional Attributes:

• halfstars – yes|no – Whether or not to display half stars on the page. Defaults to yes.
• showempty – yes|no – Whether or not to show a star value if there are no posts with that rating (ie, do you want to show the graphic for 3 stars if you don't have any book reviews with a 3 star rating?). Defaults to yes.
• reviewer – The WordPress login name of the reviewer to show posts for.
