What happens after I complete my purchase? How do I get the product?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive access to the product in two different ways:

1. You can download the product zip file from the purchase confirmation page or the Purchase History page from your Nose Graze account.
2. You will receive an email containing download links to the product.

Most payments clear instantly, or within a few minutes. The exception is e-cheques. If you pay via e-cheque it can take 5-10 business days for the payment to clear. You will receive your purchase receipt as soon as the payment has cleared.
